Paul Spindel, M.A.
Paul has over 18 years of Human Resources experience with Marriott and NIKE. Using his M.A. in Organizational Behavior as a foundation, he specializes in management development, teambuilding, strategic planning and executive meeting facilitation. Paul’s strong business approach to human resource issues win him accolades, return business and recognition as a keynote speaker. He is sought after as a trainer and coach because of his tremendous energy and sense of humor, with the unique ability to teach through story and example. Paul has taught at numerous universities and conducted hundreds of training programs for employees at all levels, both nationally and internationally. Paul’s global experience includes teaching Customer Service and Human Resources to Russian Hotel executives in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and Train the Trainer to Albanian television executives.
